Friends for Life

Out of a big pile of stuffed animals, Karl chose a polar bear and a blue rabbit to be his new friends. Since we haven't made up our minds yet concerning their names, we're holding an open competition. Please leave your suggestions in the comments section. If it gets picked, you might get a reward!

feeling german and nostalgic today brings me to the following suggestions:
KNUT for the polar bear (an easy one, but you know what? i've heard that little old knut is suffering some weird animal neurosis thing these days and i think he needs our support)
NUF NUF for the wabbit since it's the name of my rabbit when i was kid (hence my porn name NufNuf Lange, but that's another story)

I would suggest calling the polar bear Kierkegaard and the rabbit Sloterdijk, not only because they respectively strike great resemblances, but because little Karl better makes an early effort in existentialism and post-postmodernism, so he can get through his childhood in the Catholic city of Munich without being scarred for life.

Kierkegaard? No disrespect to Karl Julius or uncle richie dawkins, but that is quite a mouthful. I suggest McMurdo, just to confuse the opposition. Not sure about the rabbit.

Is this all you readers can come up with?

I vote for Kid n Play. Just for 80s nostalgia reasons.

Alright. It might have to be Bunny and Bear. We don't wanna overreach our irony bootcamp training.
