Today was e.t.a. date for Karl's little brother and since – once again – all doctors told us that he would very probably join us much earlier, we didn't think that we could actually make it to the little get-together at my friend Tines house yesterday to greet her now two-month-old Ben. But there we were along with Helena, Antonia and their respective parents.
We had a lovely time and so did our son. He thought that his main task this afternoon was to point out to the host which child safety precautions had yet to be taken in their apartment. I'm sure they were grateful to know that you can actually screw the dimmer switch off of their floor lamp and eat it.

Smart little guy ... trying to beef up before getting into the ring with his big brother.
I keep my fingers crossed that he won't keep you waiting too much longer though (actually thought he might already be here when you didn't post anything for a few days last week).
