Two years! And of course the day started with an avalanche of presents from all over the country. As is customary in the Western world. Big hits: A lion, a giraffe and an elephant. A book about soccer. A book about construction sites. A little suitcase for toy cars. And then there was the shiny blue bike Maria sent him from Frankfurt. And the train set from Omi:
Breakfast was the legendary banana chocolate muffin that sent my Sunday staff into kiddie comfort food bliss, when they served as guinea pigs for the test-run muffins. Those muffins are so increduiouslectably good that Karl had to defend his from a pack of wild animals circling his plate.

Oooh ... Baked! Die machen die besten muffins & cupcakes. Gibt's da ein Kochbuch oder wie kommst Du an das Rezept? Die red velvet cupcakes sind auch unglaublich lecker.
