Baby life is all about applied sciences. While the first months are all about biology (how to get yourself from cellclot to small person), Karl's reaching the age now, when physics take over.
Lessons learned so far:
Water-mass contained in sippy cup will be unreachable, when dropped from high chair (tough one).
Loss of balance will result in sudden painful pressure to behind (impact can be softened by wearing diapers).
Sudden gusts of wind can lead to bad hair day (so far still funny).
